We want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your Petit Bateau purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
